Our course is part parkland and part links style although not on a sandy subsoil. There is no internal out of bounds but we do have areas of rough that cause you to play away from either residences that border the Club or the beach promenade which is parallel to our 9th hole.
We ask our members and visitors alike to respect and observe our dress and mobile telephone codes and to repair pitchmarks and replace divots. Having raked the bunker you have just left please place the rake within the bunker but in a position it can be reached from outside the bunker. Thank you.

Alan Wiggins, a member of Clacton Golf Club since the 1st June 1976 has been awarded an MBE in the Queens New Year Honours List for 2010 for his work in the Clacton Community especially with regard to the Clacton Carnival. He is to be congratulated on this award.
